Vice President, Strategy, Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Shape, drive, and operationalize global supply chain strategies to support business growth and long-term strategic vision.
• Partner with the CSCO to translate strategic vision into enterprise-wide priorities and measurable execution plans.
• Establish and lead strategic governance, business performance reviews, and KPI management to drive accountability.
• Lead a centralized Strategy and PMO organization responsible for standardizing project management methodologies and governance.
• Conceptualize strategies to increase speed, flexibility, resilience, and efficiency across the end-to-end value chain.
• Conduct strategic analysis to solve complex business challenges and identify growth or operational opportunities.
• Monitor macroeconomic, geopolitical, and technology trends to assess impact on global supply chain risks and opportunities.
• Develop executive communications and presentations for the CSCO, leadership team, and Board of Directors.
• Lead and develop global Strategy and PMO teams, fostering talent development across multiple regions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience in consumer, retail, apparel, or a related sector.
• 5+ years of experience within a leading strategy consulting firm.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Extensive experience in driving strategic execution and cross-functional governance within complex global organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency with GenAI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
