About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive department priorities and align back-office domains across the business transformation landscape
- Own the end-to-end delivery of key strategic programs, including project charters, plans, and deliverables
- Serve as a strategic liaison and advisor to business, technology, data, and third-party vendor stakeholders
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholders on ambiguous topics to achieve intended strategic goals
- Gather, analyze, and present complex data findings to various audiences through consumable presentations
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and intended outcomes
- Manage the end-to-end effort to operationalize initiatives, including process development and training
- Manage and grow direct reports, supporting their professional development and successful project delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, project management, or business analysis within the financial services industry
- Proven track record in advisory, transformation, and managing complex project lifecycles
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex problems and synthesize challenges into clear narratives
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Visio
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Management/Administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a "Big 4" or comparable professional services/consulting organization
- Experience specifically within the investment management sector
