Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Growth & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and growth objectives
• Drive execution of initiatives spanning geographic expansion, channel development, commercial growth, AI-enabled transformation, and operating model enhancements
• Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption
• Drive accountability, governance, risk management, and executive visibility across the initiative portfolio

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, operations, or consulting
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives
• Experience with cross-functional matrix leadership and influencing results
• Strong project management skills to ensure delivery on time and at cost
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
