About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets for Platform and AI motions
- Build and manage a team of 2–4 Regional Managers within the assigned zone
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key BFSI accounts
- Drive new business acquisition and cross-selling initiatives in the territory
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with RMs and monthly reviews with the Sales Head
- Lead regional demand-generation and client engagement initiatives
- Represent the company at regional industry events and client meetings
- Ensure accurate CRM data management and sales forecasting
- Coordinate with Presales teams for product demos, proposals, and RFP responses
Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the BFSI or Fintech sectors
- Strong existing regional network across banks and NBFCs
- Proven experience in CXO-level relationship management
- Exposure to SaaS or AI-powered products
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
