Vice President, Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Engineering team to maintain and enhance existing solutions
• Work with internal Finance and Accounting clients to develop new solutions
• Provide first-line support to internal clients by resolving queries and issues
• Contribute to new Finance Engineering initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent programming skills in Python
• Strong working knowledge of Pandas and PySpark libraries
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with integration of multiple platforms
• Experience with ETL processes
• Experience providing first-line support for business clients
• Full SDLC process experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical experience with Databricks or Delta Lake platforms
• Experience working with large datasets
• Experience with AWS cloud deployments and API
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Go, C#, or Java
• Familiarity with financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, PnL)
• Familiarity with Crypto trading (spot, DeFi, and derivatives)
