Vice President, Site General Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compliant, and reliable supply at the Davie site, ensuring alignment with market demand and optimal cost.
• Drive site transformation through Operational Excellence (OPEX) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve site goals while executing global and regional strategic plans.
• Establish a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, and meeting challenging KPIs.
• Foster collaboration and partnership with R&D and Global Supply Chain to support product launches and commercialization.
• Manage talent and organizational effectiveness through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in a significant leadership role.
• Proven experience leading teams within GMP and highly regulated environments.
• Strong matrix management skills with the ability to leverage support functions and define resource requirements.
• Demonstrated success in OPEX transformational leadership and driving continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L optimization and efficiency management.
