Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying prospects and managing key client relationships within the emerging middle market segment
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals by working with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop and execute market strategies to expand client portfolios and identify new business opportunities
• Provide strategic financial advice to high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning to optimize client solutions
• Review loan applications and cash management agreements to ensure alignment with risk management standards
• Cross-sell bank products and services, including credit, trust/investment, and cash management solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or segmented banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, deal structuring, and portfolio management
• Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship building
• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and generating significant revenue
