Vice President, Securitised Products - Origination & Structuring

Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal and amendment of the Securitised Products portfolio, covering a broad range of asset classes.
• Manage existing securitisation facilities, including the review of annual transaction ratings and the preparation of credit papers.
• Coordinate restructuring, amendments, and waivers in collaboration with origination and structuring leads.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, credit, legal, and operations teams.
• Support the Public ABS transaction execution process.
• Provide market intelligence and asset class analysis to assist with macro-portfolio management and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in EMEA securitisation transactions within a structuring, execution, or securitisation credit capacity.
• Deep knowledge of various asset classes, including trade receivables, RMBS, Auto, Consumer, and Esoteric.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Credit, Legal, or Accounting.
• Experience in structured finance or working capital finance.
