Vice President, Securitised Products - Origination & Structuring

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the origination and execution of securitisation transactions, with a specific focus on esoteric sectors including digital infrastructure (data centers), solar, Sharia-compliant securitisations, and IP royalties.
• Support the origination and structuring of Public ABS transactions.
• Manage the execution of transaction renewals, amendments, and waivers within the esoteric sector.
• Produce structural risk memoranda, perform cash flow modelling, and undertake due diligence on transactions.
• Review legal documentation and lead or support deal closing processes.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with internal and external counterparties to ensure high levels of service.
• Stay updated on regulatory issues and market developments relating to securitisation.

Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in esoteric securitisation transactions within the EMEA region, working in a bank, rating agency, or advisory capacity.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to work in a diverse team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in credit, legal, or accounting.
• Fluency in any European languages.
