Its platforms replace manual, paper-based processes with integrated digital solutions spanning manufacturing, quality, compliance, and patient delivery. Since 2022, Title21 is backed by ARCHIMED.
Responsibilities
- Own ARR growth across Europe & the Middle East
- Lead and scale the regional sales organization, including integration of the MyCellHub team
- Build and execute a structured go-to-market strategy for regulated biotech and CGT customers
- Develop senior relationships with biotech, pharma, CDMOs, and therapy developers
- Drive disciplined sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
- Act as a key commercial leader for Title21’s European platform
Requirements
- Strong experience selling enterprise or regulated SaaS solutions
- Exposure to life sciences, biotech, pharma, CGT, or highly regulated environments
- Track record of building and scaling regional sales organizations
- Comfort operating in complex, long sales cycles with senior stakeholders
- Pragmatic, execution-driven mindset with leadership presence
- International experience across Europe (Middle East exposure is a plus)
