Vice President Sales, Connectivity and Products North America

Responsibilities

• Define sales strategy for direct sales and channel partner management across Connectivity and Products
• Develop annual sales plans to drive revenue and market share
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Target new customers and sales opportunities across relevant industries
• Lead day-to-day operations of the sales department
• Manage sales team budgets, territories, and client lists
• Define, track, and manage sales team KPIs, metrics, and pipeline
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity
• Liaise with other SGS business lines for cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in a relevant area of study
• 10+ years of experience in a testing laboratory setting
• Experience with Electronic/Electrical products, Softlines, Hardlines, Paper/Packaging, Flammability, or Filtration
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
