Vice President, Risk Specialist Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow product set, focusing on the development and operational delivery of the service.
• Manage the day-to-day technical management of the ServiceNow Product suite, with a specific emphasis on GRC modules.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing for automation and integration.
• Design and perform hands-on development of complex and critical solutions for the platform.
• Ensure all enhancements and integrations align with out-of-the-box best practices and maintain high Health Scan scores.
• Provide technical governance, guidance, and approval for changes submitted for review.
• Manage platform upgrades, including preparation and testing.
• Oversee development and administrative tasks performed by junior and offshore team members.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including policies, processes, procedures, and technical reference materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow.
• In-depth understanding and implementation experience with the ServiceNow IRM module.
• Proven experience implementing GRC, BCM, and TPRM modules.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant and current ServiceNow certifications.
• Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
• Experience working in regulated environments, such as finance, insurance, or critical infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulatory standards.
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving techniques.
