About the role

Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize the unified revenue infrastructure to power the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Lead Revenue Strategy & Planning and Revenue Enablement teams to drive scalable growth.
  • Develop and own the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring alignment across all GTM teams.
  • Build and execute an AI-first roadmap introducing automation and predictive analytics across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Oversee the full revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and revenue modeling using AI and machine learning.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory design, capacity modeling, and global compensation structures.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, including systems migrations and operational transformations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in global sales or revenue operations within a software company.
  • 10+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems, revenue analytics, and modern GTM tech stack architecture.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered tools and their application in forecasting and automation.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading strategic planning, data governance, and operational excellence at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI-driven solutions or leading digital transformation within GTM organizations.
  • Direct experience leading sales teams with individual or group quotas.
