Vice President - Resident Care

Responsibilities

• Develop quality services in resident care and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policy
• Oversee clinical partners in the field and provide leadership to the resident care and memory care departments
• Create an environment for regional nurses to deliver high-quality resident services
• Develop growth strategies by introducing new care platforms and service enhancements
• Monitor compliance with all state and regulatory guidelines and participate in site reviews
• Set and review company-wide staffing models
• Partner with Legal and Risk Management on quality assurance programs
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate business leads and contribute to project proposals
• Establish key vendor partnerships to enhance the resident experience and drive business results
• Manage and mentor high-performing professional teams across diverse disciplines

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in nursing
• 10+ years of clinical leadership experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel extensively, including frequent day travel and overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Valid, unrestricted RN license
• 5+ years of multi-state clinical leadership experience
