Vice President, Rates Solution Sales, Markets

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand Citi's client footprint and maximize revenue.
• Drive the interest rate derivatives business by delivering bespoke hedging and investment solutions to institutional clients.
• Leverage professional networks to understand client needs and introduce tailored Citi offerings.
• Advise internal stakeholders, including structuring, trading, legal, credit, and risk teams, to close complex transactions.
• Partner with sales teams to leverage the Citi franchise and source relevant buying and selling opportunities.
• Maintain strong governance and controls by working closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit functions.
• Ensure all business decisions appropriately assess risk/reward while safeguarding the firm's reputation and adhering to the Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience within a financial services organization.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles working with the buy-side community.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Broad existing client relationships within the financial markets.
