About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior client lead and strategic thought partner
- Lead multiple client accounts within defined revenue targets
- Develop and oversee customized public relations and corporate communications strategies
- Shape integrated communications programs for clinical data and regulatory events
- Drive organic account growth and lead new business development efforts
- Manage financial health of assigned accounts, including budgeting and forecasting
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Champion thought leadership through speaking engagements and industry visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or Economics
- 11–14+ years of relevant experience
- 8+ years in senior leadership or supervisory roles
- Deep experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or highly regulated industries
- Proven ability to advise C-suite executives
- Expertise in supporting clinical-stage or commercial biotech companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or CFA
