Vice President, Program Leader, Pre-Clinical programs

Responsibilities

• Establish, inspire, and champion global program teams and sub teams to advance product candidates
• Collaborate with functional leaders to build and drive integrated development and program plans
• Proactively identify and manage program risks through scenario planning and mitigation strategies
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior and functional leaders to align program operations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate program progress
• Present program updates to Executive Leadership
• Facilitate high-impact team meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes
• Collaborate with finance and functional leads to shape and refine program budgets

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the biopharma industry with a proven leadership track record
• BA/BS in a scientific or business discipline
• Demonstrated understanding of pre-clinical drug development stages and regulatory pathways
• Working knowledge of GxP environments
• Expert proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA)
