Vice President, Product

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for global Product and Product Design organizations
• Define and lead a multi-year product vision aligned to company strategy and customer insights
• Lead and develop leaders across Product Management and Product Design
• Align senior leaders across Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal on product goals
• Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to accelerate product innovation and efficiency
• Own product organization contributions to growth, conversion, liquidity, and profitability
• Oversee end-to-end execution across multiple product lines with consistent quality

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management with a track record of building consumer-facing products
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing other leaders
• Proven e-commerce experience
• Prior VP-level or equivalent leadership in high-growth, high-complexity environments
• Deep fluency in data-driven decision-making and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketplace experience (liquidity dynamics, supply/demand, trust & safety)
• Experience leading or partnering on AI-driven or data-intensive products
• Hands-on or strategic experience with LLM-powered product development
