About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of platform services to enable seamless payment management experiences across Chase.
- Navigate complex data environments to replicate and synchronize data between legacy and target state systems.
- Manage product backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to drive strategic initiatives.
- Oversee multiple development teams responsible for building and maintaining databases and services.
- Facilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Advocate for innovative data replication solutions to support evolving banking payment customer needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Subject matter expertise in payments architecture, data replication, and digital platforms.
- Proven track record managing agile development teams and product roadmaps in a matrixed environment.
- Experience navigating complex data environments and driving modernization solutions.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale platform transformations and payments modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with customer-facing payment experiences and servicing platforms.
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.
