About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of platform services to enable seamless customer and servicing-facing payment experiences.
- Navigate complex data environments to replicate and synchronize data across legacy and target state systems.
- Partner with Banking Payment APGs to align platform development with modernization timelines and strategic priorities.
- Manage multiple development teams responsible for building and maintaining databases and services.
- Oversee product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Facilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Subject matter expertise in payments architecture, data replication, and digital platforms.
- Proven track record managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and agile development teams.
- Experience navigating complex data environments and driving data replication solutions.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payments modernization initiatives and large-scale platform transformations.
- Familiarity with customer-facing payment experiences and servicing platforms.
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.
