Vice President - Product Manager - Machine Learning & Intelligent Operations

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and backlog for machine learning applications.
• Lead agile product teams consisting of data scientists, ML engineers, and data analysts.
• Analyze customer journeys and friction points to drive feature prioritization and improve self-service utilization.
• Manage existing product features while researching and developing new capabilities to advance the roadmap.
• Partner with user research, business operations, and risk/compliance teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies to continuously improve product offerings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, specifically with AI/ML-related products.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within a large, matrixed organization and agile environment.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to manage complex relationships with internal technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics and customer insights for strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leaders, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Experience working within or alongside customer service operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Experience utilizing cloud-based AI/ML platforms and tools.
