Vice President, Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision to deliver customer value and scalability
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate solutions into the product roadmap
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support strategic roadmaps and value propositions
• Track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Lead strategies to improve the stability and resiliency of production and non-production environments
• Drive automation and guardrails to shift engineering best practices from manual governance
• Ensure a first-class developer experience by minimizing friction and maximizing self-service

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, strategic development, and delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels
• Proficiency in Agile processes and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to engage with engineering leaders on architecture, SDLC, and reliability practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Expertise in observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, or Splunk
• Expertise with automated testing (unit, component, contract, end-to-end, and production testing)
• Demonstrated experience working with AI tools
