Vice President Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy and vision for technical capabilities and API-driven products within the Chase ecosystem.
• Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management.
• Own and maintain a product backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and business value propositions.
• Build technical frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Lead discovery and development of API-driven products to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, data & analytics, and automation teams to translate platform needs into a sequenced roadmap.
• Coordinate complex product initiatives across multiple areas, driving alignment and prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to build and manage technical product roadmaps, specifically including API-driven capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across engineering, architecture, and analytics teams.
• Demonstrated technical and customer problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define, track, and manage product success metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Experience owning or contributing to API product roadmaps and API-driven product development.
• Experience operating in platform or enablement-style product teams serving multiple downstream teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with risk management and reliability for technical products.
