Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, driving decisions across formulation, claims, naming, pricing, testing, and production
• Deliver best-in-class launches across new products, reactivations, and renovations
• Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Define long-term portfolio strategy to drive differentiation and global growth across Skincare, Makeup, Body Care, and Fragrance
• Develop data-driven business cases for new launches and product investments
• Lead and develop a high-performing Product team, fostering innovation and accountability
• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Brand, and Creative
• Manage PD/PM budgets, forecasts, and alignment with Finance on revenue goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product development, portfolio strategy, or product marketing within beauty or adjacent consumer categories
• 4+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of bringing differentiated product pipelines to market at global scale
• Experience leading end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization
• Strong vendor management experience (domestic and international)
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator and presenter comfortable with executives
• Experience collaborating with regulatory, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams
• Deep passion for beauty and strong creative instincts

• Experience supporting international expansion and regulatory compliance for localized claims
