Vice President - Product Delivery

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful completion of product feature delivery and manage dependencies for the Proprietary Wallets team
• Communicate product portfolio progress and escalate risks to stakeholders through executive-level reporting
• Assess and manage intake, key dependencies, and risks across the product delivery life cycle
• Provide accountability for clean, accurate data within systems of record such as JIRA and Jira Align
• Manage agile metrics by leading team reviews, quarterly planning, and ongoing reporting
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Design, and Analytics teams to confirm scope and sprint sequencing
• Partner with Agility Leads to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste across the organization
• Facilitate communication and approval processes for Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management
• Expert proficiency in JIRA, Jira Align, and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
• Proven ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital payments, including mobile wallets, online checkout, BNPL, or pay with points
