Vice President: Process Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process engineering strategies to optimize control management frameworks and support risk management objectives.
• Lead the mapping, analysis, and redesign of control processes to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation, collaborating with technology partners to implement solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses of process failures and design effective remediation plans.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure process changes align with business needs and control priorities.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of process-related data, such as KRI/KPI, to inform business decision-making.
• Mentor and develop the Process Engineering and Controls Team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of financial services experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance.
• Expertise in process mapping, analysis, redesign, automation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as SAP Signavio, Camunda, or Microsoft Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of intelligent automation tools including Tableau, Python, Alteryx, or UI Path.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
