Vice President, Planning Office for Asia

Responsibilities

• Formulate regional growth strategies and drive new business development initiatives
• Plan and execute regional projects to enhance governance and platform capabilities
• Manage budgets related to banking systems and facilities across APAC branches to ensure stable operations
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to align regional objectives
• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum JLPT N1 Certification or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the banking industry
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking or strategic business planning
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements within the APAC region
• Proven track record in new business development and regional project leadership
• Strong budget management, organizational, and project management skills
