Responsibilities

• Design and scale a compliant, globally consistent People Operations framework
• Partner with Legal on employment law, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
• Oversee payroll, benefits, mobility, and vendor management across multiple jurisdictions
• Own global recruiting strategy across technical and non-technical functions
• Implement structured hiring processes to increase talent density
• Partner with Finance to align headcount planning with budget forecasting
• Optimize the People technology stack including HRIS, ATS, and payroll tools
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and leadership effectiveness
• Define and scale workspace strategy across offices and remote environments

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive People leadership experience
• Deep expertise in Global People Operations and Talent Acquisition
• Experience supporting technically complex organizations (software and hardware)
• Demonstrated success scaling distributed and international teams
• Strong partnership experience with Legal and Finance
• Proven ability to design and optimize People systems and technology platforms
• Financial discipline and experience managing functional budgets
