Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a global partnership strategy that strengthens Kantar’s position across data, media, and technology
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with leading platforms, media owners, and data providers
  • Build commercially robust partnership models to drive measurable revenue and product impact
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing global partnerships team
  • Partner with Product, Research, and Data Science teams to ensure partnerships drive innovation and client value
  • Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in partnerships or senior commercial roles within data, SaaS, or marketing services
  • Proven track record of securing complex, multi-year commercial agreements with global organisations
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of how data, insights, and technology combine to drive client outcomes
  • Ability to operate strategically while leading negotiations and execution in complex deal environments
