Vice President of Technology and Security

Responsibilities

• Align information technology and security with business objectives
• Lead infrastructure, networking, security, and software teams across the US, Mexico, and India
• Ensure maximum uptime, stability, and security of systems for all projects
• Oversee the Information Security Program and promote security awareness
• Manage global IT, software, AI, and security teams
• Direct engineering development teams to deliver systems meeting KPIs
• Manage third-party relationships for global outsourcing of IT and engineering services
• Design and manage contact center infrastructure

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Extensive knowledge of Call Center System Management (CCaaS, AI support, IVR, CRM, WFM, QM)
• At least 10 years of total IT field experience
• At least 8 years of Information Security experience
• At least 8 years of software industry experience
• At least 10 years of complex project and program management experience
• At least 8 years in an executive leadership position
• At least 15 years in a management position
• Strong skillset in Contact Center Technology infrastructure and planning
