About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and unify the supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams across US manufacturing operations.
- Design and execute a resilient supply chain roadmap to support manufacturing, program launches, and company growth.
- Oversee inbound material planning and delivery across multiple sites to prevent production line stoppages.
- Direct sourcing strategies for raw materials and subcontract vendors in compliance with IATF quality standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and capacity planning for critical suppliers.
- Lead the monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to align production capacity with customer demand.
- Optimize ERP/MRP utilization and implement advanced tracking or EDI systems for real-time visibility.
- Manage the supply chain CapEx and OpEx budget and drive continuous total-cost-down initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations management.
- Proven leadership experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience working within IATF automotive quality standard requirements.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
- Exceptional vendor negotiation, risk management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15%.

- Base salary ranging from $175,000 to $220,000, depending on experience.
