About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and unify the supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams across US manufacturing operations.
  • Design and execute a resilient supply chain roadmap to support manufacturing, program launches, and company growth.
  • Oversee inbound material planning and delivery across multiple sites to prevent production line stoppages.
  • Direct sourcing strategies for raw materials and subcontract vendors in compliance with IATF quality standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and capacity planning for critical suppliers.
  • Lead the monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to align production capacity with customer demand.
  • Optimize ERP/MRP utilization and implement advanced tracking or EDI systems for real-time visibility.
  • Manage the supply chain CapEx and OpEx budget and drive continuous total-cost-down initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations management.
  • Proven leadership experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience working within IATF automotive quality standard requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Exceptional vendor negotiation, risk management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%.
