Vice President of Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to scale the global fusion supply chain for ARC power plant delivery
• Activate and manage global supplier relationships by negotiating and closing complex, creative partnerships
• Lead and grow a team of approximately 100 supply chain experts while maintaining a mission-driven culture
• Architect and continuously improve internal supply chain systems, processes, and tools to increase speed and efficiency
• Drive a multi-billion dollar procurement portfolio across scale-up, planning, logistics, and supplier quality

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including VP-level strategic leadership
• Proven experience scaling hardware-intensive supply chains
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex supplier development roadmaps
• Ability to work in industrial environments containing hazards such as high voltage, magnets, and cryogenics
• Willingness to travel and work required nights, weekends, or on-call regularly

• Experience navigating multiple company scales, particularly during rapid growth from 1,000 to 5,000 employees
