Vice President of Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth of the US sales organization, focusing on premium market positioning and large account development
• Leverage existing industry relationships to expand national and regional accounts within the premium apparel sector
• Mentor, coach, and develop a seasoned outside sales team to foster a high-performance culture
• Create scalable partnership models and commercial programs to strengthen dealer engagement and brand loyalty
• Drive CRM excellence and data-driven decision-making to ensure pipeline accuracy and measurable growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, operations, finance, and marketing to align commercial execution with business objectives

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in apparel, promotional products, or wholesale blank apparel industries
• Proven track record of mentoring and leading experienced sales professionals
• Existing network of large accounts and strategic relationships within the premium blank apparel ecosystem
• Based near Orange County and willing to travel nationally 50–75% of the time
• Strong negotiation, communication, and entrepreneurial mindset
