Vice President of Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategies by managing the complete sales life cycle, including prospecting, presentations, and closing.
• Lead and train the sales department in account qualification, forecasting, and reporting to ensure high performance.
• Oversee the Growth Division to increase market share through new account acquisition and identifying revenue opportunities within the existing client base.
• Manage the annual sales, business development, and marketing budgets, including P&L projections and resource allocation.
• Utilize sales performance metrics and CRM data to provide actionable insights, forecasts, and competitive analyses.
• Partner with the Executive team to execute corporate strategic plans and develop future growth opportunities.
• Build a scalable and repeatable sales team that produces predictable revenue per headcount.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in diversified leadership roles with a proven track record in software or high-technology sales.
• Extensive experience in SaaS business models and value-based selling.
• Expertise in enterprise direct sales and familiarity with sales frameworks such as Sandler or Challenger.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot and other commercial sales tools.
• Proven ability to make data-driven strategic proposals to drive revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree.
