Vice President of Sales

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals specific to the juniors product line
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
• Identify key growth opportunities within the juniors market and build strong partnerships with major clients
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize product offerings and positioning
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide in-depth reports to executive leadership
• Implement competitive pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales potential
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to inform sales strategies and product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of sales experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role focused on the juniors market or related apparel sectors
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
• Proficient in sales data analysis and market trend evaluation
