About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams
- Establish and enforce repeatable sales processes and disciplined execution
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning
- Own CRM adoption, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure
- Own company-wide revenue performance, growth targets, and margin discipline
- Define and refine go-to-market strategy across AI data centers and critical infrastructure
- Engage with top-tier customers and strategic partners to close significant deals
- Design sales organization structure, territory alignment, and compensation architecture
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales operations, sales management, or revenue leadership
- Proven track record of building and institutionalizing scalable sales processes
- Strong analytical capability for forecasting and interpreting pipeline data
- Process-driven mindset with ability to architect sales workflows
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, electrical distribution, or critical infrastructure
- MBA degree
- Experience with EOS/Traction frameworks
