Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales P&L, including revenue targets, quarterly forecasts, and go-to-market strategy
- Drive large strategic deals through prospecting, pitching, and negotiation
- Build a predictable pipeline via outbound, inbound, and partnership channels
- Develop account mining strategies to expand revenue within existing clients
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of BDMs, inside sales, and pre-sales professionals
- Implement sales processes and CRM discipline using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to shape solutions and SOWs
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT services or software services sales
- 4–5 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of closing $500K–$5M+ deals with international clients
- Deep understanding of IT services sales cycles (outsourcing, dedicated teams, project-based)
- Strong grasp of technology landscapes including cloud, QA automation, and AI
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics
- Ability to work with overlapping US/Europe time zones and travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling both services and SaaS/product offerings
- Existing network of decision-makers in the US/Europe tech ecosystem
- Experience managing channel or referral partnerships
- MBA or equivalent business education
