About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and lead Account Executives acting as regional full-lifecycle sales and account management leaders
  • Attend to highest priority customer relationships across the continental US
  • Coordinate across Recruiting, Strategy & Operations, and Product leadership to manage operational challenges
  • Determine and implement sales enablement tooling
  • Allocate sales team budget across hiring, travel, and marketing spend

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and growing sales teams in an operationally complex B2B business
  • Data fluency and proficiency with modern sales enablement tooling
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of working days when necessary
  • Player-coach mindset with willingness to manage and execute
  • Currently living in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX
