About the role
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and lead Account Executives acting as regional full-lifecycle sales and account management leaders
- Attend to highest priority customer relationships across the continental US
- Coordinate across Recruiting, Strategy & Operations, and Product leadership to manage operational challenges
- Determine and implement sales enablement tooling
- Allocate sales team budget across hiring, travel, and marketing spend
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and growing sales teams in an operationally complex B2B business
- Data fluency and proficiency with modern sales enablement tooling
- Ability to travel up to 50% of working days when necessary
- Player-coach mindset with willingness to manage and execute
- Currently living in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX
