Vice President of Project Management

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Moonshot's PMO, including structure, governance, and standardized execution processes
• Own delivery of all projects across schedule, budget, scope, and documentation
• Align Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations around project priorities
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of Project Managers
• Ensure clear, consistent communication across all customer projects and lead escalation/issue resolution
• Implement tools and systems for project tracking, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, EPC, or engineering-to-order environments
• 5+ years leading teams or PM organizations
• Proven track record building or scaling a PMO or project management function
• Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing (switchgear, panelboards, power distribution) or mission-critical infrastructure
• Familiarity with long-lead procurement environments and UL Standards
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and margin awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
• Experience implementing ERP/PM tool integrations
• Background in data center infrastructure or hyperscale environments
