Responsibilities
- Own the global partner P&L under the CRO's organization to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the strategic evolution of alliances spanning GSIs, regional agencies, technology partners, and ISVs.
- Build collaborative channels with Product Management to integrate partner feedback into product improvements.
- Collaborate with regional Sales VPs to eliminate channel conflict.
- Utilize AI-driven sales tools and predictive data analytics to optimize pipeline forecasting and partner monetization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS Channel or Partnership leadership.
- Deep expertise within the MarTech, DXP, or Content Ecosystem space.
- Proven track record of driving multi-million dollar partner-influenced ARR.
- Experience navigating complex global alliance stakeholder maps (GSIs, global agencies, ISVs).
- Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and commercial expertise.
- High EQ with the ability to build strong, global relationships.
