Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategy to support startup growth
• Oversee planning and execution of smart grids, renewable energy plants, and facility modules
• Build and lead operations, engineering, and logistics teams
• Establish and manage KPIs to track project progress and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
• Collaborate with executive team on budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment
• Create and enforce SOPs to optimize workflows
• Lead vendor, supplier, and contractor negotiations
• Foster a performance-driven, safety-first culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Energy Systems, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure
• Proven experience launching or scaling complex infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of smart grid technology and renewable energy systems
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build and scale teams from the ground up
• Familiarity with U.S. energy regulations and safety standards
