Responsibilities

• Lead and energize the company across all departments
• Drive the development of competitive, strategic operations to win work and fuel growth
• Establish and strengthen business development and project management practices
• Champion innovative approaches for design-build and energy projects
• Transform past project insights into smarter, forward-looking decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years of prior experience as a Project Manager for a mechanical contractor
• Experience in leadership, operations, and business development
• Superior drive, work-ethic, communications skills, and emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
