Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer to define and execute global operational strategies
• Lead manufacturing and operations engineering to ensure high-quality, high-precision product scaling
• Oversee supply demand management, including forecasting, factory builds, and customer allocation during NPIs
• Drive logistics and supply chain excellence by optimizing global systems and negotiating with partners
• Expand the global manufacturing footprint and partnerships to support hardware and materials growth
• Partner with R&D, product, and go-to-market teams to support new product introductions
• Establish best-in-class operational practices, cost structures, and sustainability measures

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience
• Strong background in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Proven success scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks
• Deep expertise in manufacturing engineering, supply chain, or logistics
• Track record of building strong vendor relationships and negotiating high-value contracts
• Demonstrated ability to execute long-term strategies that improve margins and enable growth
