Vice President of Legal and Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead global legal and procurement functions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk
• Own the end-to-end legal process, including contract drafting, negotiation, and execution across all business segments
• Provide executive leadership with visibility into major legal risks, compliance gaps, and business impacts
• Manage outside counsel relationships, including engagement terms, budgets, and performance
• Oversee the company’s intellectual property portfolio and strategy
• Design and execute global procurement strategies and optimize sourcing based on spend analysis
• Develop scalable contract frameworks and policies that align with company risk appetite
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on legal and procurement strategy
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure alignment on pricing, compliance, and contract standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 6-8 years of progressive legal experience in a multinational company
• Experience in a private equity-backed technology business
• Proficiency with contract management systems and legal processes
• Superior analytical and risk assessment capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing global teams

• Previous experience working in Procurement
