Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and Development

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for institutional research, planning, assessment, and grant development
• Lead college-wide initiatives for data management, analysis, and institutional reporting
• Guide institutional planning and decision-making through trend analysis and market research
• Oversee assessment processes and continuous improvement efforts across the college
• Manage institutional advancement activities and support long-term strategic priorities
• Serve as a key member of the College’s Executive Cabinet

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of research and statistical methods
• Experience in the compilation, analysis, and presentation of research data
• Proficiency in formulating goals, outcomes, and assessment measures
• Experience with grant programs and grant proposal preparation
• Proficiency with computer applications for database management and statistical analysis
• Experience with the Banner enterprise information system
