Vice President of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support.
• Oversee core functions including payroll administration, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and service standards to promote consistency and compliance.
• Manage and coach HR team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive HR technology initiatives, leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and reduce administrative burden.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Utilize workforce data and analytics to support decision-making and monitor key metrics such as turnover and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience leading HR teams and managing HR technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve HR efficiency.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar professional certification.
