Vice President of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the HR strategy to support international growth plans
• Advise the COO and executive leadership team on people strategy and organizational structure
• Build a scalable HR operating model across KSA and international markets
• Design and implement scalable HR policies, processes, and systems across multiple countries
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning to ensure scalability
• Develop international talent acquisition and management frameworks
• Design performance management, compensation, and incentive frameworks for international markets
• Preserve entrepreneurial culture while introducing structure for international scale
• Provide strategic leadership to the HR function and act as a business partner to executive leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Significant experience in international or multi-market environments
• Proven track record of scaling HR functions in high-growth companies
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
• Experience supporting expansion in KSA, UAE, MENA, Europe, or the UK
• Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment models and compliance
• Experience advising C-suite executives on people strategy and culture
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree or senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) preferred
