Vice President of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and executive leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with regional and global expansion goals
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support scale and agility
• Design and execute high-impact talent acquisition strategies to attract world-class professionals across tech, product, and operations
• Shape leadership development, training programs, and career pathways to nurture internal talent
• Build and steward an inclusive, innovative culture that reflects company values
• Develop performance management frameworks and competitive compensation and benefits strategies
• Ensure HR policies and systems are scalable and compliant with Saudi Arabian and regional employment laws
• Use data and people analytics to guide strategic decisions regarding retention, hiring, and workforce planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in high-growth tech or digital platforms
• Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to C-suite executives
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian employment law and regional market practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and build high-performance teams
• Experience supporting multi-market teams or rapid regional expansion

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or executive HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
