Responsibilities

  • Lead all human resources operations across a multi-state portfolio of healthcare facilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Partner with executive leadership and regional operations teams on workforce planning and talent management
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations
  • Evaluate and improve HR systems, workflows, and processes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team
  • Serve as senior HR advisor on complex employee relations and organizational change
  • Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics for data-driven decision making

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience in healthcare or large multi-site organizations
  • Proven success leading HR operations across multiple locations with large employee populations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, employment law, and talent acquisition
  • Ability to build relationships with executive leadership while managing day-to-day operations
  • Experience leading organizational change and implementing scalable processes
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri on a daily basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting skilled nursing
  • Experience in home health, hospice, senior living, or hospital systems
  • Advanced degree
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent)
