Responsibilities
- Lead all human resources operations across a multi-state portfolio of healthcare facilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals
- Partner with executive leadership and regional operations teams on workforce planning and talent management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations
- Evaluate and improve HR systems, workflows, and processes
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team
- Serve as senior HR advisor on complex employee relations and organizational change
- Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics for data-driven decision making
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience in healthcare or large multi-site organizations
- Proven success leading HR operations across multiple locations with large employee populations
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, employment law, and talent acquisition
- Ability to build relationships with executive leadership while managing day-to-day operations
- Experience leading organizational change and implementing scalable processes
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri on a daily basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting skilled nursing
- Experience in home health, hospice, senior living, or hospital systems
- Advanced degree
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent)
