About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and CIO to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide HR leadership and guidance for corporate functions, establishing goals, vision, and development opportunities for direct reports.
- Drive global effectiveness and lead people change management initiatives within a highly matrixed environment.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement best-in-class processes for talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute HR plans including organizational design, succession planning, and internal communications.
- Champion company culture transformation and build organizational capability to achieve business results.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally within a global public company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading significant organizational transformation and change management.
- Deep understanding of global labor relations, including experience with both union and non-union sites.
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership.
- Experience working effectively within a complex, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with European Works Councils.
