About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and CIO to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide HR leadership and guidance for corporate functions, establishing goals, vision, and development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Drive global effectiveness and lead people change management initiatives within a highly matrixed environment.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement best-in-class processes for talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and execute HR plans including organizational design, succession planning, and internal communications.
  • Champion company culture transformation and build organizational capability to achieve business results.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally within a global public company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading significant organizational transformation and change management.
  • Deep understanding of global labor relations, including experience with both union and non-union sites.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership.
  • Experience working effectively within a complex, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with European Works Councils.
